The Pig and Porcupine was a fairly new build pub that looked a bit bland from the outside.
Once inside i went into a smart room that was carpeted and had comfortable bench seats with normal tables and chairs,the pub was a Boddingtons tied house and there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Theakston XB which was a very nice drink the other beer was Boddingtons bitter.
This was a nice comfortable pub to have a drink in.
The pubs claim to fame was appearing in Coronation Street as the Queens.
