A little out of place amongst the "cool" bars of Deansgate but you will get a nice quiet pint at a reasonable price here.

The Pack Horse was a proper victorian corner pub that was quite close to deansgate station.
Once inside the pub had two rooms with a decent bar at the front and a smart lounge to the rear,i had a drink in the bar which i thought was a nice room to have a drink in.
When i went in this pub it was a Greenalls tied house and there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Stones bitter which was a decent drink the other beer was Greenalls bitter.
I quite liked this pub and it is a shame that it has now gone for good.
