Just up Burroughs Hill, less than half a mile from Rebellion Brewery this acts as the unofficial tap, with five of its ales on handpump - IPA, Amber, Zebedee, seasonal 'World Greats 2018' Relativity (with Einstein's mug on the pumpclip) and the clip for Smuggler reversed. Weston's Old Rosie was also available from a sixth pump. The layout remains much the same as before, albeit a little brighter, and although this keeps the previous slant on food, the large chalkboard menu has gone, and this was pleasingly populated by Monday evening drinkers. The Relativity was in decent shape (£4) and service was friendly enough. Marlow's a little hit-and-miss, so if you get your bus times just right you can get yourself dropped off right outside and make your own mind up.

The Three Horseshoes is the Tap pub for the Rebellion brewery a mile down the hill in Marlow and as such usually has an extensive range of the Rebellion beer range on offer in excellent condition.
These usually include the usual Rebellion IPA, Smuggler and Mutiny and then at least two other seasonal ales.
A nice touch is that they do tasters in small egg cup size glasses, so you can try before you buy.
As mentioned by the reviewer below it is also a food orientated pub and it sports an enormous chalk board menu which is usually mostly something that was formerly living and isn't now.
And as the portions are enormous it is more suited for carnivores who can eat half a cow rather than vegetarians.
But even if you are not feeling hungry, this pub is worth it for the beer alone.

Large roadside pub, selling beers from the Rebellion Brewery which is just down the road. The emphasis is on food and for the real drinker the Rebellion beers are in excellent condition. If you do eat here make sure you are hungry as the portions are enormous and although I did not try the food it looked very appetizing. If in Marlow and feeling hungry and in need of a very good pint do try this pub.

The beer in this Rebellion brewery tap (1/4 mile from the brewery) was in fabulous condition, with all six handpulls doing a fine job on my visit. The interior is a bit cavernous and can lack a little in atmosphere as it is geared up for food as well as drink (the food is reportedly very good with generous portions). The place is clean, well-maintained and standards are high. They could do a little more with the garden perhaps, a lot of potential there. For beer, this is a definite must-visit if you're in the area.
