Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Kings Arms
Unexceptional Taylor Walker pub, with a small bar and generally unenthusiastic staff. Upstairs dining room (never visited). Four handpumps typically offering a fairly dull choice of the regular Youngs London Gold, Pride and Doom Bar plus something marginally more interesting (a traditional cider on my last visit) from the four handpumps.

Having given this pub a few tries with colleagues recently, the only reason I can now think of for going there is failure to redirect one's companions. The ales often seem to be 'off', in one sense of the word or the other (the first time I went there I returned a bad pint and was given a worse one - since then I've just grinned and borne it) - and the service consistently slow and indifferent. If I really have to go there again I'll be resorting to lager.

I didn't like this pub as I found the barman to be curt and all four of the ales were off. My pint of Guinness wasn't the best and it was served with over an inch of head, which is disgraceful.
The toilets were a mess with water all over the floor and the tiny cubicle had crap all over the seat and there was no loo paper. This is all on a Sunday whilst hardly anyone was in the pub.
I'll not be returning.

Nice pub just round the corner from Victoria Station. Sells real ales has an upstair room for families. Has menus on the the walls in about eight different languages, but you can ask for an English version.
