Komakino . left this review about The Mayflower

An Enterprise Inns charge currently in transition and dead on my Tuesday evening visit - I was the only customer at seven-thirty. This is a largish L-shaped room which is partitioned by a wooden door which draws back to open the area up. As it is the 'room' on the right is designated for dining, with the bar area to the left and a handful of seating opposite. It's had a bit of a makeover at some stage with tiled floor and an abundance of light wood which gives a somewhat clinical vibe. The only ale on was Adnam's Southwold Bitter, which surprisingly didn't set the world alight and GK's IPA and a couple of the lagers had the 'glass over the pump handle' treatment, which along with the lack of punters, probably gives you an indication of where this place is currently headed.
