A pleasing small pub to one side of Euston station. The bar is directly infront of the entrance door ,wood panelling to both sides with wings to left and right. Some original features and strangely in these times lots of wall mounted painting of semi or fully naked ladies. There is a sky light to the right with multicoloured panes,a large collection of ties and bed pans with other ephemera hanging from the ceiling such as hop vines.Food is served but I didn't partake. There is a large decked area to one side with rows of pic nic benches under an awning.
Just Doom Bar and Fullers London Pride (decent,£5,NBSS 3.5) so not a destination pub but so much better than The Royal George just up the road.

Located along the side of Euston station, this is a pleasant-enough locals' pub. Inside is quite clearly a 1960's wood-panelled pub underneath, but now heavily disguised by a collection of assorted junk strewn from the ceiling all round the U-shaped bar. At least they haven't painted it all in gastro grey (yet). Somewhat predictable draught ales in the form of Landlord, Bombardier and London Pride but they seemed reasonably kept (Cask Marque listed).

An unremarkable pub as described below, with wood panelling and, according to the website 1960s' style furniture. This is a very ordinary place in an inhospitable area round the back of Euston station. There isn't much in the vicinity, you'd have an 8-minute walk to either the Bree Louise or Exmouth Arms which are far preferable.
Ales on: Exmoor's Hound Dog, Moorhouse's Pure Witch and Jenning's Cumberland Ale; there was an unused pump.

No reason to avoid, but no reason to make an effort to get here.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Prince Arthur

The hanging baskets along the façade make this something of a beacon in an otherwise dull location facing the oppressively-blank eastern side of Euston station. The interior of the 'J'-shaped bar is quite dark away from the front windows due to the full-height wood panelling (and despite a skylight towards the back). Has a few wooden benches out front, and rather more in a screened area to one side. Modest menu of typical pub fayre nowadays, rather than the Thai food on offer when I last visited some six years ago. However, the slightly iffy paintings remain in place and the whole venue is still advertised as being available for hire too. Three of the four handpumps were operational this time, with 6X, Adnams Fat Sprat and Exmoor Fox (£4.00) on offer (and a reversed Landlord clip was also noted). Overall, one of the better options in the area.

Stood in the shadow of Euston station, this is a fairly unremarkable pub with a U shaped, single room interior. You enter into a bare boarded room with leather banquettes to the front and bench and standard seating pretty much everywhere else. The left side is the more compact of the two seating areas and arguably the cosiest part of the pub in which to relax. There is an attractive fireplace on one wall and the addition of a lot of mirrors helps to give the illusion of a more spacious interior. The right hand side is semi-partitioned thanks to the way the seating has been set up, allowing a degree of privacy in some spots. Some of the tables are marble topped and there is a collection of nude paintings on the wood panelled walls which certainly catches the eye. I found the place to be quite dark, even on a bright summer's evening, as well as stiflingly hot, which forced me out onto one of the picnic tables lined up along the front wall of the pub. Additional outdoor seating can be found in a fenced off space to the left hand side of the building, also accessed from the front pavement. Upon arriving I had a bit of a wait at the bar whilst the barman filled a Sol beer bucket with ice and shoved a bottle of Champagne in it, before handing it over to a rather confused looking customer. Classy!
Three ales to choose from on this visit - Taylor Landlord, Fullers London Pride and Jennings Cumberland Ale, with a fourth pump left unclipped. The Cumberland suffered from the same issue as the entire pub, in that it was far too warm, but given the temperatures outside, it soon seemed refreshing enough.
I thought this could be a pleasant enough place to enjoy a quick pint or two, although something would need to be done about the airflow issues to make it a summer destination. Another Euston-area pub that's fine for an occasional quick look, but never going to excite in the way that others nearby can.

A single roomed pub with a central horseshoe bar, there is a lot of wood panelling, wooden flooring, seating is generally of the traditional style, especially with the perimeter banquettes. Ceiling fans, large lamp shades, flowers on the tables. Unusually for a pub, the décor included shall we say some "life drawings", ok then nudes. It's been years since we've been allowed "garage" style calendars at work.
My visit wasn't at a time to see the pub in it's daily guise, I was at a friend's birthday party and the pub was fully hired so I can't fairly comment on a day to day basis so I won't leave a score.
Four handpumps, one reverse clipped, Pride, Landlord and rather good for Wychwood, "Full Brazilian", a risqué World Cup beer. Service was efficient and friendly but I've never seen so many really short pints being pulled, I dived on this early and was treated well but other naïve possibly not regular pub users were not.
Some outdoor benches to the front and a larger beer garden to the side which provided a welcome refuge for some of the older guests when the (rather good) fairly loud band came on.
I believe private parties are standard routine for Saturday nights, they are free to hire and heavily promoted.

I've never particularly liked this place and at 7:30 on this Saturday night I couldn't re-establish my prejudices as it was closed for a private party.

I visited the Prince Arthur mid-afternoon three years ago and was told by a rude barmaid that the pub was just shutting. I wasn’t very happy, but I decided that I would try again the next time I found myself around Euston Station. It took three years but I finally got a pint on Wednesday afternoon last week. Closing in the daytime seems to have stopped as my visit was once again mid-afternoon. The interior is U shaped and food is heavily advertised with the mains costing between £7 and £13 with the roasts dinners on a Sunday coming in at £11. Pilsner Urquell was available alongside a standard draught selection and the four hand pumps were drawing Landlord, Hobgoblin, Pride and Deuchars. I didn’t spot any TVs, but there was some low random music playing in the background.

This place has a traditional feel with dark wood fixtures and fittings, but it was a bit dimly lit for my liking and the wet behind the ears barman was hard work. There was a good sized crowd that ranged from local office staff to students making this one of the busier pubs I visited. I wouldn’t go out of my way to drink here again, but one could do far worse.
