Yes, you guessed it: this was built in the late 18th century, to be rebuilt 71 years later. The eagle-eyed will have spotted the name – The Queen’s Head – to two parapets, though the place was renamed Niki’s in 1985, the Marylebone Tup in 1990, with the current name dating from about 2009.
I won’t and indeed can’t be bothered to describe the hipsterfied interior, as it’s visible on Google, though the young, trendy drinkers aren’t.
It’s clear that the emphasis here is on cocktails, as on arrival, many were being shaken, not stirred; cocktail classes are one of the 'entertainment' offered here. There doesn’t appear to be any real ale here and if there is, they should have made more effort to publicise it, as this place has one of the most stupid methods of displaying its wares I’ve ever seen: the tiny taps have miniature copies of typical fisheyes, no bigger than a large coin and not illuminated, made even less visible in the gloom. So, a Neck Oil it was, £3.20, which is actually a lot cheaper than many other less pretentious drinkeries round here.
This isn’t my type of place, so I’ll not be back.

One room with bar to the right. No real ales at all. Didn't see the point of it being open.

Hardly a decent seat in sight – all high stools, high settles, high tables, etc. It’s scrubbed clean and decorated in gloomy colours – probably a combination of muddy grey and taupe. There were a couple of nice high backed chairs in the back room but that’s about it. Ales on were Abbot Ale and Deuchars IPA (at £3.10 a pint). I suppose if you like pubs that have been turned into sanitised and clinical bars then you might like this place, but I don’t see any reason to return.
