Hidden in an alleyway behind Holborn tube station is this Polish bar, with a tiled floor, modern furnishings and some presumably Polish artworks on the walls. Beers still as listed in previous review, but especially noted for its authentic and good value Polish food. Spills out into the alleyway outside when busy.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Bar Polski
Wedge-shaped bar in a narrow shop-lined alleyway behind Holborn underground station - easy to miss, as I have done more than once previously... Small plain tables and chairs, and apart from the large mural on the back wall, little in the way of decoration. Three keg taps on the counter dispensing Żywiec, Meantime London Pale Ale and (oddly) Peroni, but the draw is the collection of unusual bottled Polish beers in the fridges, from which I selected the dark Koźlak from Browar Amber (£5.50).

A Polish bar as the name suggests, located in the same alley as The Ship Tavern. Plenty of strong bottled Polish lagers, and if you ask nicely, you can get a complementary plate of pickles to accompany them. Gave me a chance to practice my nascent Polish, but fortunately their English is a hell of a lot better than my reverse attempts.
