Soup Dragon left this review about Park Tavern

A corner pub in white painted brick, with green painted window sills and keystones, green modern signage, a moulded cornice and a couple of etched windows on the ground floor - all the windows are modern. It has an entrance off each road.

The interior is a single L-shaped room around the serving bar. The walls are in blue, purple and green, with a white ceiling and patterned carpet. There are red seats and Jack Daniels posters on the walls and a few bottles for decoration (unless left over from the previous night). Some karaokoe equipment seems to be permanently set-up. There is a dart board and the TV wasn't on when i visited. The background music came via the radio at a decent level. The service was fine and the clientele consisted of locals telling each other interesting tales about other locals - beats Emmerdale.

Beer; no real ale. Usual keg stuff with a keg Bass, which was OK

One for the locals really. A basic pub that likes it's karaoke.
