Rather a splendid stone building, allegedly used by the local Duke as his waiting room for the former station opposite. The interior furnishings are tastefully modernised, although the strange roof over the bar is a little extraneous. A small dining room is to one side, while there are large gardens to the side and rear. Four regular ales are from Abbeyfield (2), Nene Valley and Hopshackle, plus a changing guest. Felt like a nice pub - just a shame the station is no longer open!

Alan Winfield left this review about Willoughby Arms

The Willoughby Arms is a fairly large stone built pub that is opposite what was probably Little Bythams old train station.
Once inside there was a single L shaped room with the bar facing, the front area was carpeted and had comfy bench seating and normal tables and chairs, the rear area was bare boarded and had leather settees, the ceiling was beamed.
There was a good choice of real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Nene Valley NVB which was a very nice drink, the other beers were Nene Valley OZP,Abbeydale Absolution,Grainstore Ten Fifty,Hopshackle Semarillo, plus one more from Abbeydale.
The pub was really nice inside and had a nice laid back atmosphere,i could have happily had a good session in this pub as it was so nice.
Well worth a visit.
