now confirmed after a further look on the everards web-site that the pub has now been fully closed. local press and harborugh council have also confirmed that tesco and the co-op have put in bids to turn the site into a shop with above shop flats. in short this pub has now gone for good.

this pub has now closed and is due to be turned into a co-op within the next six to twevel months, everards and harborugh council have also since confirmed that there will also be a number of flats above the proposed co-op store as part of a new housing development on this site and the now soon to be former site of james coles and sons with upto 100 or more houses planned as part of the development. so unfortunatly another pub that has vanished from our landscape.
