Large upmarket place pushing food. Rambling multi area'd interior with dull mushroom shades outside and in. Painted wood planks with animals on were an interesting touch as was the hessian-style carpet. Expansive grassed beer garden. Child friendly. Two ales, Doom Bar and Harviestoun Bitter & Twisted, the latter of which drank rather well. Cocktails also pushed heavily. Ambivalent overall but the ale was pretty decent…
