Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Pleasant Retreat
Solid-looking pub in the village (now a Preston suburb) centre. Retains two separate bars and a central servery, with both parts having traditional furniture and decor. Small, and rather oppressive, side patio area. Four handpumps are located on the main counter in the larger left-hand room, and although only one of these was in use, it dispensed a respectable pint of Ossett Yorkshire Blonde (£3.30). Another four can be found in the smaller pool-table side, but these were all unclipped.
