A food led Fullers pub in the backstreets, inside is a single room but divided into several different areas. On the bar was the usual Fullers beers plus Hophead and a guest of W & E Eton Boatman, a couple of Beavertown on keg along with the usual suspects. The pub was quiet on a midweek afternoon, the beer garden had a few more in it. Not the kind of pub I'd look to seek out again.

Fuller's pub tucked away of the main drag. Interior as described below.

A revisit found pretty much the same internal layout as before, though the comment recently about it looking ‘tired’ is quite accurate. Quite a selection of papers to peruse. Apparently a pool room though I didn’t spot this. Five ales on; 4x Fullers (ESB, Pride, Seafarers, Olivers Island) plus a thoroughly uninspired guest ale of Hobgoblin. My Olivers Island wasn’t up to much, being flat and watery. Seemed to be missing a bit of its previous pizazz.

Modern Fullers outlet in a traditional backstreet building selling four of their ales - Pride, ESB, Discovery Sign of Spring. My ESB was good and not too expensive. They do a decent trade in pub grub and my companions large tuna sandwich and chips came in at a bargainous (for Windsor) £4.50. The place was pretty busy on Saturday afternoon which means they must be doing something right, certainly the cheery ladies behind the bar helped the cause. The interior retains a number of discreet drinking areas which made for a homely feel. Other features noted were two TVs for the football, daily papers and a nice side garden which was being utilised by a number of families. I liked it here and it’s well-worth a place on a Windsor crawl. Rated 7

Slightly tired back street Fullers pub, not their usual style at all.

Carpeted, there are various seating areas and wood pillars around the bar. Not much more to say about it, very average really.

Although in the 2012 Good Beer Guide I found the quality and taste of my beer very poor.
