Very smart hotel on Lytham's seafront. There's a very nice public bar at the front of the hotel with great views of the sea. Surprisingly there were 2 handpumps on the bar serving something so bland I can't remember on one and the rather good Lytham Gold on the other. This was a very pleasant pint, although it was expensive as you would expect in a classy hotel bar. The other half thought her red wine was excellent, so we were both quite happy to sit here for half an hour.
