Alan Winfield left this review about The Trafalgar

The Trafalgar is a nice looking pub that is set in the back streets of Ahstons west end.
Once inside the pub had a basic bar where i had a drink and a smarter lounge, the pub had the dreaded Gibbs Mew house signs on the outside, this amost ceatainly meant there would be no real ales on the bar,i never understood why a brewer from Salisbury wanted to take over back street pubs in Greater Manchester.
There were no real ales on the bar,i had a drink of keg Gibbs Mew bitter which was a very poor drink.
I hope there are now some real ales in this pub.
