Steve C left this review about Paper Makers Arms

The Paper Makers Arms has two entrances so I imagine that it once consisted of two bars that have been knocked through at some point. The bar faces the entrance and to the right rear is a dartboard and access to the toilets. The left hand side of the pub is sunken and houses a pool table. There is a plasma screen and Sky Sports is advertised in the window. The plasma screen was off during my Monday afternoon visit, but the jukebox was playing some background music.
Asahi and a few standard draught products are available from the bar, but the only ale available was Shepherd Neame’s Kent’s Best keg. I didn’t notice any food advertised.

The service was friendly enough and the three locals in attendance seemed harmless, but the lack of real ale means that this pub will be off many people’s radar. I cannot see myself returning here anytime soon, especially as I would have to walk past the far superior Pilot to get here from any of the Maidstone train stations.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Paper Makers Arms

Basic ex-Courage pub with no real ale and just keg Best (£2.90, but surprisingly served in the appropriate glass) and John Smiths Extra Dull. Pool table and patio beer garden.
