Steve C left this review about Kingsley Arms

The Kingsley Arms is a backstreet boozer with an L shaped bar where San Miguel and a selection of standard draught products can be purchased. There are two hand pumps which were both unused and I think that the food selection stretches to crisps and nuts. There were three other customers during my Monday afternoon visit last week and I found the governor to be polite and friendly.
To the right of the bar is a small area that was being used for storage. To the left of the bar are a pool table, a piano and an old television that is on top of a waist high corner unit. I didn’t spot any live sport advertised and the radio was giving off some background noise.

This is a very basic pub that could do with a little decorating. I’m sure that it is very popular with the local inhabitants of the area, but I doubt that there are many that would travel a distance to visit here.

However, this very basic back-street pub with a small 'L'-shaped bar with a pool table is still serving its local community so fair play to it (even if there is little else to recommend it). Two disused handpumps, so it was a quick pint of John Smiths Extra Dull (£2.60) and I was off...
