Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Bull Inn

Traditional village inn on a main road, that now concentrates on food in the larger part of the building, but the lower section of which by the main counter remains open to those just looking for a drink. The interior is just what you would expect from a listed building that proclaims a date of 1674 on the façade. However, the real draw is the rear terraced decking areas which offer one of the finest pub viewpoints in the country, overlooking the orchards on the scarp face of the Greensand Ridge, the oasthouses of the Vale of Kent and the shaws and woodlands of the High Weald beyond. Also has a side beer garden with views in the other direction towards the attractive village church. This may have been my first for some seven years, but the beer quality is still excellent and I found Master Brew, Spitfire Gold and the seasonal Early Bird (£3.90, and in fine form) available from the three handpumps. Well worth seeking out.
