Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Sportsman
Somewhat hidden away in a small village now contiguous with the main Deal conurbation, this community pub was doing good business for those both eating and just having a drink on a Sunday afternoon. The bar has been opened out and/or extended at some stage to leave a J-shaped layout with light furniture and decor. With two of the three handpumps in use, I found Doom Bar and Kentish Best from Canterbury Ales (£3.50) being dispensed.
