Nice-looking pub from the outside with a bit of history, sadly the interior doesn’t do it justice - fairly functional U-shape, some exposed brick and white plaster, (fake?) ceiling beams and a mix of floorboards and carpets. A TV was switched off. Gents were a struggle, we had to manoeuvre around a large group of people and shimmy along by the fireplace grate to enter said facilities. Three ales on, TT Landlord (pretty good), Doom Bar and Courage Best. Takeaway pizzas advertised. Decent enough overall.
