Another GK locals outlet (there’s a few round here). This one is a 1970s Swiss chalet look building. Busy inside with a decent atmosphere, so long as you can avoid getting a headache off the mad interior colour scheme combined with over-loud music. Pool table spotted. Two GK ales, IPA and a pretty terrible Abbot, served up by a chap who had ants in his pants. Retreated outside to the somewhat careworn patio seating. Could do better.

i left this place as it was due to have a refurb,i have to say it did open on the 14th of january and its looking pretty good inside and out,made a few friends here and it was nice going back when it reopened

Dec 1st 2010..............Not sure what is going on. Drove past this morning and the place is empty and Surrounded by Builders fences. It is either up for a MAJOR Referd or Demolition. I will advise when I find out which one.
