Keith and Karen have now left the pub but the warm welcome continues under new owner Shaun and his wife Tracy. Now with a great reputation for live music, and great home cooked food at reasonable prices, there is always something going on at the Lapstone. The Lapstone
A proper old village traditional pub, where they believe in ‘no strangers here…just future friends’. Landlords Keith and Karen have been running the pub for the last few years and have really tried to make a real contribution to village life.
There is always live music/ entertainment Saturday evenings, Tuesday quiz night and karaoke on Thursdays.
The pub has a large secure rear garden, children’s play area and covered patio, and even dogs with muddy paws are made most welcome.
A great range of drinks are on offer including some great real ales, which are looked after.
Delicious homemade food, prepared and cooked freshly on the premises, ( food sourced locally whenever possible). They have recently added a take-away servic
