A facelifted Greene King pub aimed at locals, and mainly younger ones at that. It is surprisingly large, seeming to extend through a couple of original buildings and includes an upstairs level where you will find a dartboard. Downstairs is fairly open and tedious and includes a couple of pool tables. The whole place has been modernised in typical GK corporate fashion. A solitary ale in the shape of IPA but sadly even this was off. Time to move on.
