Typical multi roomed Sam Smiths pub on a busy main road between Eccles and Salford.Called in one Tuesday afternoon where i found the landlord friendly enough, although slightly disappointed to find they had no stout.

The Coach and Horses is a decent looking stand alone pub that is in an area of weaste where there was once a good gaggle of pubs.
Once inside there were a few different rooms and i had a drink in a fairly nice room that was comfortable and nice and warm on a cold day.
The pub is a Samuel Smiths tied house and there was one real ale on the bar this was Old Brewery bitter and this was a very nice drink.
I quite liked this pub and it is nice to see it still up and running.
