When i visited Cathedral Arches is was a pretty new pub to the Salford drinking scene and i was surprised to see real ales on the bar.
Once inside there was a decent sized room with lots of tables and chairs, the room was empty on my visit as it was early dinner time, there were three real ales on the bar i had a drink of John Smiths bitter which was on handpump and this was a decent drink the other beers were Ruddles bitter and Courage Directors.
This was a decent start to my Salford pub crawl.
