Alan Winfield left this review about The India House

The India House was a fairly large pub that looked fairly nice from the outside.
Once inside the pub had a few different rooms,we had a drink in a smartish lounge, this room had comfy bench seating and chairs.
The pub was an Arkells tied house, there were two real ales on the bar,we had a drink of Arkells 3B which went down very well, the other beer was Arkells 2B.
The pub was fairly busy on our late afternoon visit with a decent mix of drinkers.
It was well worth the shortish walk from the middle of Gloucester to do this pub.
What a shame that a decent pub like this has gone for good.
