the pub was amazing,people who work in there are so friendly! is fir all different age groups may be smaller than average pub but very welcoming! many attractions of activities of poker and quizzes. everyone who goes always returns, i loved the pub! motel is very nice as well not the best but it is okay clean bed sheets, clean floors and clean toilets! i would come again as everyone is so nice! would recommend it. (2013)

Do not use this place, from milk that had long since gone off and evaporated, to coffee that was a strange colour, to beds that felt like they were crawling, to showers and ensuites that really were unclean, wouldnt recommend, always thought these places had to have inspections, think this place has got away from that one, filthy place, wouldnt recommend

Wanted to stay here for a night while we attended the beer festival in the town hall (not very good). The staff forgot our reservation despite reminding them the day before, the pub was still closed at 1pm on the day of arrival and when we rang the doorbell a loud-mouthed youth shouted down to us from upstairs "what do you want". We informed him of our reservation and someone finally unlocked and let us in and then promptly requested payment up front before we had seen the room. We requested to see the room first which was a good move as it was dirty with crappy old beds and bedding and the bathroom was disgusting...I recommend you try somewhere else.
