This is a McMullen pub so they were serving up AK and Country Bitter which were both on good form. I didn't spot any premium lagers, but there is a decent enough selection of standard draught available.
I thought that the staff were friendly enough and there was a good crowd split between watching Sky Sports on the many plasma screens and eating the pub food. There is also a nice big paved beer garden out the back which was busy due to the lovely afternoon sun.
I would go back here for a drink again.
