Quiet tv, no music at the time, fruit machines, seemed a bit like a local's pub. Didn't like the beer garden - more like a smoking patio

A bit of a locals' pub if you catch it at the wrong time (i.e. Friday evenings!) but generally pretty friendly during the week.
A great selection of ales (and even a real cider!) as well as the usual lagers and spirits.
