Steve C left this review about The Ark Inn

The Ark is a spacious L shaped pub that is sparsely furnished and was quiet when I visited early on Tuesday evening a couple of weeks ago. The long bar supports two hand pumps, but one of these was unused leaving Directors as the only ale option. There is also a standard draught selection alongside Leffe and San Miguel. Food is served from a lunch menu and main menu where dishes cost around £9. I didn’t spot any televisions, but some background music was playing and there is a pool table around to the right of the bar. I didn’t spot any regular entertainment advertised, but a karaoke night was being plugged along with live music on St Patrick’s Night which was yet to come. There is a late license until 23:30 during the week and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
There is a large decked and paved area outside the front of the pub with seating and views across the harbour.

The service was very friendly, but this isn’t a place I would actively seek out again.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Ark Inn

Surprisingly modern interior decor, but really the best place is out on the terrace where one can happily while away some spare time watching the shipping in the harbour. OK pint of Harveys.
