Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The London Trader

Basic beachfront pub opposite east end of the Stade, featuring a partly opened-out interior with a pool table at one end and a side room at the other. There is very little on the way of seating in between (so convenient for the regular live music), but on even a half-decent day most of the punters will be sitting at the outside tables anyway. Slightly surprisingly, three handpumps can be found on the counter, offering Long Man Best Bitter (£3.90), Courage Directors and (of course) Harvey's.

Steve C left this review about The London Trader

I popped into the London Trader just after 22:30 on Monday night last week and the landlady was closing the bar down, but she agreed to serve me a half of Guinness if I didn’t take my time, which I never do. This is an L-shaped pub that shows Sky Sports and has a pool table and dartboard. There are some picnic tables outside the front that face a main road and there is a disco on Friday and Saturday nights. On Sunday ‘Tommy wants a toy’ is advertised which I hope is some sort of live music. During my visit there was some background music playing, but the atmosphere was non-existent – probably because the bar shut early and only a handful of people were present. The two hand pumps on the bar were drawing Directors and Pride whilst a standard draught selection was also available. Children are permitted until 18:00 everyday, but must stay within the children’s area, wherever that is. Like every other pub in Hastings food is served, but I didn’t spot a menu for choice or prices.

I’d pop back in for another drink if passing, if only to see what Tommy is up to.
