Steve C left this review about Grosvenor Bar

The Grosvenor Bar is a tiny little place on the border of Hove and Brighton. The bar is located on the left hand wall and is stocked with a random selection of draught. There is a large ‘bomb’ selection for those who like to get bombed and on Thursdays four of these can be purchased for £10. On the right hand wall is a gas flame effect fire and there is some seating and a plasma screen at the rear. I didn’t see any sport advertised and the background music was so low that it was just a distant noise. The food stretches as far as crisps and twiglets. This bar doesn’t open until 17:00 during the week and on Saturdays the doors open at 16:00 and 13:00 on Sundays. There is a late license every night except for Sundays and Mondays. There is a weekly quiz from 20:00 on Tuesdays.

I found this place to be very friendly, but it’s not somewhere I would make an effort to revisit.
