Steve C left this review about The Battle Of Trafalgar

The Battle of Trafalgar is a U-shaped pub with the bar area directly opposite the entrance. To the left of the bar there is a dartboard and a pool table and to the right there is a test your strength boxing machine. I spotted two plasma screens, but no advertisements for Sky Sports, although the FA Cup was being shown on terrestrial television. A standard draught selection was available from the bar and the Guinness was well poured by the friendly woman behind the bar. I didn’t spot any food advertised, but there is a small vending machine that dispenses chocolate and crisps. Out the back there is a paved area that is full of picnic tables.

Although friendly I found this pub to be a bit disjointed and far from the traditional pubs that I prefer. With the Stanley around the corner I cannot envisage a return visit.
