There were a handful of locals watching an England international on the recent Friday night that I visited Traffers. When I walked in there wasn’t much of an atmosphere and I thought that I had walked into a hotel bar, but things picked up slightly as the night drew on. Some standard draught products are available from the bar and the three ale options were Special, Harveys best and Hophead. There are three happy hours every Thursday from 17:00 and there is a quiz every Thursday from 20:15.
I suppose that this pub is ok for a quiet pint, but it was a little too quiet for my liking.

The pub choice in Bexhill (and quality) is fairly limited. However Traffers is definitely worth a visit. Small but quite comfortable bar just off the seafront near the De La Warr Pavilion. We sampled Dark Star Hophead 3.8% at £3.10 pint - just delicious and in super condition.

Nice quiet pub, outside drinking area which catches the sun.
