Bar attached to the Reading Moat House hotel. It’s a large, solid-looking brick building with a fairly dull interior featuring uniform table and chair layout. Smelt very new, looks like someone’s chucked a few quid around in here recently. Old fireplace (good) loud annoying music channel on TV (bad). Some outside seating plus what looked like and outside bar (shuttered on a cold March afternoon). Two ales; Hobgoblin and a cold, tinny and gassy Bombardier. Not overly inspiring but room for easy improvement.
