Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Rivelyn Hotel

Real ale bar attached to the hotel but with a separate entrance for non-residents. Currently has the rather dull furniture and decor that one might expect from an older hotel lounge, but the new owners are very keen to promote the bar so I imagine that this will change over time. Only had time for a quick taste of Scarborough American Pale (£1.25 for a half), with Leamside Alexandrina and Black Country 'Pig on the Wall' available from the other two handpumps. Also has some interesting bottled beers. One to watch.
