Revolution is a large open plan bar with a serving counter on the right wall that supports standard and premium keg. There was a quiz in progress when I visited on Wednesday evening, the online one where teams have to answer questions via their phones. Works well in small pubs, but the music and timer that accompany the quiz made my teeth grind as it echoed around the building. The service was very polite, but I was glad to make my escape.

Typical Revolution aimed at the youngsters. Not my type of pub and no ale.

Soup Dragon left this review about Litten Tree

A terraced river-side venue in dark red and white; sadly the smokers congregate at the front entrance.

The interior is a single open-plan room, with a few raised areas. The decor mainly the same dark red and white, with a french mustardy kind of ceiling. It is set-up like a Spoons, all foody, with cheap meals and cheap drinks, here however, there are more TVs than Currys and they are loud - especially when the footy is on. The service was functional, the clientele a complete mix from family to mature. There were a couple of food posters and some abstract art for interest and there was no music, as the Manc derby game was on. There is a DJ area though for disco/karaoke.

Beer; tap stuff with an OK Courage Best on handpull.

One for the younger group and locals, i think.
