Alan Winfield left this review about Culcreuch Castle Hotel

We stayed in a log cabin at the back of this castle for a couple of days and used the public bar of the castle which is called the Castle bar.
The entrance to this bar is on the left side of the castle.
This bar is open all day and it is quite small and cosy the room is carpeted and there are small tables and stools, there was one real ale on here which was Harviestoun Bitter and Twisted this was a really nice drink and we had quite a few pints of this and all were just as good.
This is a really nice intimate bar to go to and dont be put off by the castle this is a public bar.
