Superb little free house with ever-changing range of beers, which accounts for appearance in Good Beer Guide over many years. Good traditional feel throughout. Nice central bar with main area to left and a comfy area with armchairs to right, garden at rear and a function room in the outbuildings. Good home made food using local ingredients. Car park area on small side, indeed suspect whole pub could get a bit crowded at busy times. Strongly recommended however - every village should have one.
