Soup Dragon left this review about The Navigation Inn

A detached white painted brick cottage styled pub with rear beer garden area.

The interior has two rooms the bar to the left of the central entrace and the lounge to the right. The lounge is a quieter room, and is in cream wallpaper, with blue seatin and has prints and canal pictures on the walls - i assume they serve the food they advertise here. I went into the bar. It is in red and white, with some wood panel and a white ceiling. There were some general prints on the walls. It has a pool table and dart board and a couple of TV's neither of which were on at my visit. The service was very friendly and the landlord knew his real ales - there was a local clientele, two cars in the car park and half a room of people! they were welcoming and friendly. There was a general mix of music from the jukebox played at a decent level.

Beer; tap stuff including Banks's MILD. There were three handpulls - the Inveralmond Brewery Ossain, which was excellent; Enville Ale, which wasn't on on the day due to landlord not being happy with the barrel and Black Sheep Bitter, which tasted strange and was replaced and then tasted fine.

I took a liking to the pub immediately - it was friendly - a locals place, yet the lounge was quiet and offered sanctuary if needed! had the pub games and real ale - if i lived by this pub, i would be happy if it were my local. Try a visit if in the area.
