Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about One Man and His Dog
Fairly modern estate pub with quite a spacious bar and plenty of outdoor space (partly covered). Facilities include a pool table and a children's play area, and food is available. Sadly for a Marston's house, none of the five handpumps are working at the moment, so the Smooth (£3.25) was about the least unappealing option...

A large modern detached pub, with a little character, in a bit of a shopping precinct, with a beer patio outside
Assuming i saw all there was, the inside is open plan, with green and white walls, arty pictures and twigs. There is an area that has wood panel and nice fire place on a slightly higher level (in more ways than one). There were a few ripped seats, but by and large it was decent enough, just too big and bare to feel there was much atmosphere. There was Sky TV and darts. Service was fine, but the majority of the smallish clientele were younger.
Beer; Tap tosh, with no MILD (Banks's House). There was Pedigree, Banks's Bitter and Wychwood Bountiful on handpull, which was ok for a pint.
Not really sure about this place, non-descript in most ways. One i could pop into very infrequently.
