Will Larter left this review about The Bridge

The Bridge is a good looking building with double gabled front, but the inside could have been any pub anywhere. Looking on the bright side, there were three hand pumps, with the beers available being Sharps Doom Bar and Robinsons Blonde, James Blonde, and a third pump clip turned around. I don't know if Blonde, James Blonde is the same beer as their Dizzy Blonde; I drank it anyway and it left no lasting impression.

Steve of N21 left this review about The Bridge

We picked this one out whilst travelling oop Norf on the M1 due to its proximity to J25 of the M1 and the promise of reasonable food served all day, a decent beer and a large car park to stop in, and it just about delivered on all of these.
Very much a cheap eats food orientated pub with the usual plastic laminated card of delights including two mains for a tenner menu section, and this seemed to be packing the local retired community into the restaurant section on this particular Wednesday lunchtime.
The sandwiches we went for were reasonable enough for the price and on the beer front the three pumps had Doombore, Old Golden Hen reversed and fortunately something decent on the third one but not so exceptional that a week later I can actually remember what it was.

Alan Winfield left this review about The Bridge Inn

The Bridge Inn has had a makeover and is now called The Bridge.
The pub was named the Bridge after the brige which it is next which goes over the old Derby canal, now filled in and used as a walkway.
This pub used to be an Home Ales tied house with a decent drink of Home bitter and mild on the bar.
Once inside the pub has now been opened out but still retains a bar side and lounge side, the lounge side to the left is oblong shaped, this is the larger area, the seating is tall bench seating facing the bar, with normal tables and chairs to the far left, this area was full of diners.
The room narrows in the middle inbetween each bay window, the bar side is a smaller square shaped area to the right with a pool table and darts board in it.
There were three real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Black Sheep bitter which was a decent enough drink, the other beers were GK Old Golden Hen and Doom Bar.
The pub was very busy with drinkers and diners on my Saturday afternoon visit.
