The real ale range has increased to 4. The beers today were 2 from Coach House (Post Horn and Blonde) plus Butcombe Original and Rev James. You can suggest beers to them for future consideration. It now consists of 4 small rooms now that Barry's little hideaway at the side of the bar has been opened up. Still a lovely olde worlde pub.

10/11/16:
Now has 2 handpumps on the bar with Doom Bore and Pride Of Pendle being the options today.

30/10/16
Has now reopened. Still the same layout as before but the Timothy Taylor has been replaced with Shropshire Gold. Whether this is the permanent beer remains to be seen.

Closed. This pub is currently closed until a new publican is found.

Nice quiet pub. A 3 roomed pub consisting of the bar area seating about 20 at a push and 2 other slightly larger rooms. Very old style pub with exposed wooden beams and church pew-like seats. Serves usual fizzy brews & one real ale (Tim Taylor Landlord for real ale lovers). Been under new management for about a year since Barrie retired.
