Alan Winfield left this review about Crown & Plough

The Crown and Plough is a white painted pub and the only pub still open in Long Clawson.
Once inside there were a few different rooms and these were quite nice, the pub used to be an Home Ales tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Home bitter and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Home mild.
In more recent years the pub was taken over by Mansfield brewery and it sill has their signs outside.
I dont know what beers are now on here.
