No cask on during our lunchtime visit, as the first customers.
I do like Staropramen but this was a poor example and in no why justified the price. Two of us struggled through.
Reasonable locals pub and a very friendly pub dog improved the visit.

As mentioned below, this is a good traditional local boozer which welcomes strangers. Unusually in Faversham it's a freehouse. The single L-shaped bar is carpeted and comfortable, while both staff and regulars were pleasant and engaging. There is a small car park and limited on-road parking. Two ales on, Masterbrew and GK IPA, both in rather good condition. A pretty good place for a quiet late-night drink.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Castle Inn
This is a decent, unpretentious, village pub with a proper community feel. Three real ales on, including a very good Courage Best (which makes a change from the Sheps, Sheps and more Sheps you usually get in and around Faversham). Hosts regular 'bat and trap matches'. (NB - Review dates from July 2009.)
