According to some locals the license was lost due to breaking lockdown rules during Covid. They didn't seem too hopeful for it's future!

A little stone terraced building almost squashed between two larger buildings.
Notes on here are a little brief as a local chap just started talking to me and i had to rush off to meet the wife, so its from memory. The interior seemed to have two rooms, the lounge room seemed to be modern, with a sofa, but i didnt see much else (thankfully, as i hate modern interiors). The bar had the beam and white artex look. There were a few brass ornaments and a TV, i think. The service was fine and the locals very friendly!
Beer; tap stuff, with Banks's MILD - which, although lively to pour, tasted fine. There was also Shropshire Lass on handpull.
There was nothing wrong with this pub, in the bar area, other than a lack of beer choice for a real ale drinker, though the MILD did help. I would use this place again, but the Kilverts ticked most boxes for me.
