Soup Dragon left this review about White Horse Inn

An end terraced undressed brick pub, eatery and music venue, which also does accommodation, has a patio. It looks Georgian and has large sash windows.

The interior clearly has a few rooms, but i only saw the front bar room, which is accessed directly from High St. The serving bar faces you at the far end of the room, which is in a half white and half coffee kind of coloured wood panel, with mainly wood floor and a white ceiling. There is a half coffee and undressed stone chimney brest as well. There was some sporty pictures, especially rugby, on the walls to go with the Sky Sports on the TV. The furnitiure was maily foody kind of tables, with a slight raised area as well. I didn't eat so i can't comment on that. The sevice was fine and the clientele was very small, a family eating on another table. The background music was general and a decent level.

Beer; tap stuff, with Ringwood Bitter and a decent Sharpe's Doombar on handpull - there was a pull for Otter Ale, but it wasn't on.

I didn't see the best of this pub on my visit - it seems to revolve around sport events and live music and i visited when nothing was going on. All i can say is the my beer was fine and i would be happy to pop in again and listen to a band.
