We'll be showing the game with an Asado style BBQ Supper.
Beef short rib or cedar plank hot smoked salmon. All slow cooked outside over open fire. Vegan option - baked beetroot and caramelised onion tart. All served with chargrilled corn, root veg, roasted potatoes with garlic and shallots and breads.
