Get familiarized with our exclusive farm in Northumberland, our grass fed animals, an onsite hanging room and discover the recipe to an unforgettable steak.
All our beef is sourced from our own farm in Northumberland, hung in our onsite hanging room and butchered by Claus, our butcher.
